Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, and sound understanding of financials. As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes
-Work on systems and processes for our workflow as it pertains to client journey- beginning to end (how we bring clients on, what are next steps in process- etc.)
-Work on automizing scheduling (meetings, all communication in new software system we acquired- ex. calendly)
-Work on / establish proposal templates- streamlining / create efficent templates
-Client engagement / as they kick off a project- what to expect, do’s and don’ts of working with our company, client onboarding.
-Creating system for project tracking / autopsy’s (in real time) to see profitability margins by project
-Creating pipeline strategies for new and perspective clients / leads
-Discuss updates to website and overall marketing campaigns
-Discuss long time growth strategy – setting goals / metrics to get there (how big is the team, what roles to fill)
-Discuss / accountability to long term goal of serving others; non-profit affiliation
-Work on ordering / coordinating orders / purchasing
-Work with “the team” to build and implement our systems, ladder of services, and deliverables for an elevated client experience.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; project management a plus!
- Proven experience in business operations management or a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Proficient in using business software applications (excel, internal systems)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Workflow:
-Open to part time on site and some remote as role develops
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $46,292.14 - $55,749.68 per year
