• Work with other marketing team members to promote and grow the companies’ key product lines.
• Manage and track marketing calendars and campaign executions.
• Implement and support tactical marketing activities.

• Manage the relationships with outside advertising, campaign and product listing vendors.
• Explore new marketing venues.
• Manage and help creating essential marketing tools such as product videos, company newsletters, social media, tradeshow display, marketing collateral and other materials.
• Work on improving the company website and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and attend tradeshows.
• Help follow up leads generated from tradeshows, webinars and email campaigns.
• Manage distributor relationship and support distributor needs.
• Develop good understanding about the company’s products and their applications.
• Conduct market research on assigned product lines.
• Conduct business analysis such as sales revenue, campaign results, and marketing expense.
• Participate in marketing strategy development and planning.

• M.S. in the fields of life sciences. Molecular biology background preferred.
• Previous marketing, sales, tech support experience preferred.
• Previous laboratory experience in the bioscience research field preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent organizing and coordinating skills.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Strong interpersonal and team work skills.
• Self-starter and entrepreneur spirit.
• Good business sense, creative and customer oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
