In this role, you will play a vital role in sourcing and qualifying top talent to support our company's growth in the healthcare industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential candidates, assessing their qualifications, and nurturing relationships to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Working closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to building a strong team that aligns with our company's goals and values. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to achieve our recruitment targets and support the overall success of our organization.

Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prompt you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with Prompt EMR's hiring needs and objectives. 

  • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and priorities. 

  • Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. 

  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages, conducting compensation research, and negotiating offers. 

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with company branding and messaging, as well as maintaining accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). 

  • Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring channels. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with Prompt EMR's hiring needs and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.

  • Leverage recruiting resources and tools to identify and engage passive candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.

  • Conduct compensation research to ensure competitive salary offerings and make recommendations to hiring managers as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with company branding and messaging.

  • Proactively source potential candidates via various hiring channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.

  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and offer negotiation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus.
