Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical contracting, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and ensuring the successful execution of electrical installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure milestones are met.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations and upgrades adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest level of workmanship. Address any compliance issues or safety concerns promptly and e ectively.

Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve project-related issues and challenges to minimize disruptions. Implement e ective problem-solving techniques and ensure timely resolution of conflicts.

Financial Management & Reporting: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Prepare regular financial reports, including cost analysis, revenue projections, and variance analysis. Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-e ective procurement strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 10 of experience in electrical contracting or project management. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry best practices. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. PMP or related certifications are a plus.
