Employee-owned Oftedal Construction, Inc. has multiple openings for experienced heavy equipment operators for a project in near Sidney, MT. Open positions include excavator, loader, dozer, scraper, and pipe laborers. Hiring preference given to operator and driver applicants with three years or more of heavy-civil/road construction experience.

Compensation & Benefits: Starting wage, $30/.00/hr - $35.00/hr, $75.00/day per diem, employee stock ownership, 401K, Health/Medical/Dental insurance (no out of pocket premium for employee, employee spouse and employee dependents), life insurance and career advancement opportunities.
