Mobile Medical is Hiring a Program Administrator - FT Near Westlake, OH

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is a Women's Business Enterprise that provides solutions for occupational medical and risk management programs nationwide.

From sales to operations, we prioritize customer satisfaction, compliance, secure technology, and cost containment to build and retain long-term partnerships with our clients.

Our services range from on-site services to labor management services, and exam services. MMC also has services in facilities across the continental United States.

We are actively seeking a Full-time Program Administrator to join our team in Westlake, OH. Must have strong admin and data entry skills. This position is in-person with no possibility for remote work.

Job Duties:

Administrate background check programs for the unions and signatory contractors including but not limited to:

  • Running multiple types of background checks
  • Uploading and recording results using an online platform
  • Running quarterly renewals to ensure all background checks are current
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with the trades, unions, and responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Weekly and monthly invoicing

Administrate drug testing programs for multiple unions and signatory contractors including but not limited to:

  • Creating testing authorizations online and tracking/reporting the results of those drug tests
  • Reporting results with discretion
  • Pulling randoms
  • Managing uploads to outside platforms
  • Invoicing for multiple customers

Assist office manager as needed, including:

  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Batching of drug tests and uploading of results

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of clerical/office and customer service experience
  • Knowledge or experience utilizing a CRM software for data entry and management
  • Computer software proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to pass a background check and urine drug testing
  • Understand the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured
  • Ability to deal with client information in a confidential manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in business administration
  • Knowledge or experience managing programs/vendors/clients
  • Experience in billing/ invoice processes such as creating and managing customer invoicing for a business is strongly preferred
  • Experience in recordkeeping is preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
