The Church Administrator is responsible for the administrative tasks and front office responsibilities of the church.
Compensation:
Responsibilities:
· Administer the Main Office of Rock Harbor.
· Check emails, phone messages, and correspondence of the church daily.
· Champion the use of the Rock Harbor Database.
· Organize, stock, and order necessary supplies for the church as needed.
· Print and prepare all needed weekly ministry materials for all ministries.
· Coordinate & Schedule all needed Sunday Morning Volunteers.
· Plan and implement quarterly church wide volunteer recognition events.
· Organize the monthly financial reports of all Rock Harbor staff for accountant.
· Oversee the counting and reporting of all contributions.
· Assist all Ministry Leaders with their administrative tasks.
· Attend Rock Harbor Staff Meetings.
