As a BMW Client Advisor you will build rapport with our guests and create long-term relationships. You will assist our guests through the entire sales process and help them determine what vehicle will best fit their lifestyle. This is a full-time position.

Position Type: Salary & Commission after 90-day training period

Training Pay: $ 925.00 per week guarantee for a period of 90 days

Pay Range after 90-day guarantee: $ 75,000 to $ 150,000 per year based on salary & commission *

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and foster a rapport with clients thus creating long-term and trusted relationships.
  • Conduct a needs assessment with clients by actively listening to present the perfect model and experience.
  • Conduct a vehicle walk-around, both virtual and in person, demonstrating all the features and benefits the prospective vehicle has to offer.
  • Assist clients with vehicle selection and proper build/configuration.
  • Negotiate vehicle pricing, financing, accessories and other products with the support of management.
  • Provide an exceptional delivery experience while ensuring the client understands the vehicle’s features, warranty, and maintenance
  • Follow up with clients by utilizing the Client Relationship Management System (CRM) for leads, sales, communications, activities and future opportunities.
  • Establish short- and long-term personal goals that are consistent with Center standards and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge through ongoing training.

  • Critical thinker with attention to detail
  • Previous automotive experience preferred; luxury experience strongly preferred
  • Hospitality experience is a plus (hotel, restaurant, bartender)
  • Valid PA Driver’s License and clean criminal background record
