Position Title: Showroom Manager / Design Consultant

Job Mission:

The mission of the Showroom Manager / Design Consultant is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth by creating an inspiring showroom experience and leading a high-performing team.

Key Results to be Generated:

1. Increased Sales and Customer Satisfaction:

- Achieve a 20% increase in monthly sales and maintain an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 within the first year.

2.Enhanced Showroom Aesthetics and Functionality:

- Redesign and update at least 50% of showroom displays quarterly, ensuring a visually appealing and functional environment.

3. Improved Team Performance and Development:

- Conduct monthly training sessions and achieve a 15% improvement in team performance metrics within the first nine months.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalized design consultations to drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.

2.Work with interior designers, architects, builders ,contractors to maintain existing relationships and establish new accounts

3. Oversee the day-to-day operations and visual merchandising of the showroom.

4. Lead, train, and mentor the showroom staff to enhance performance and professional development.

5. Maintain and continuously improve the showroom’s aesthetics and functionality.

6. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.

7. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors.

8. Attend industry events
