Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Go door to door, generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Identify potential clients in target markets
- Utilize various sales techniques to engage prospects and create interest in our products/services
- Maintain accurate records of interacons with prospects in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience going door to door preferred
- Proven track record in lead generation
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to effectively market and sell products/services
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in inside sales or business development is a plus
