Corporate Nursing Team

Corporate QA Quality Assurance Assistant Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in the performance
• of in-house audits/inspections of resident care
• in each Skilled Nursing facilities and Assisted Living facilities. With input from the Quality Assurance Director, makes recommendations for improvement/corrective intervention to the Administrator, Director, Director of Nursing, and/or Resident Care Coordinator of each facility. Assists at all meetings as requested by the Quality Assurance Director.
• Monitors and tracks resident incidents that
• result in injury and/or outside treatment and
• reports and reviews these incidents weekly
• with the Corporate CLO. Assists with other
• tasks as assigned by the Corporate QA Director

Corporate QA Quality Assurance Assistant Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as an RN

RN with unencumbered Ohio nursing license
