About you:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• You have the ability to multi-task. This is NOT a position for someone who struggles with multi-tasking as you will be working in multiple windows while talking with customers
• You type at least 60 WPM
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
• Service oriented and customer focused
• You're intrinsically motivated to stay focused on the task at hand
• Personable and outgoing demeanor with a high degree of professionalism
• Active listening skills and an ability to influence others
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to concurrently manage multiple accounts, tasks, and communication channels

• No experience necessary- we will train the right person!

About The Role:

• Receive/make a high volume of incoming/outgoing communications (call, email, and text) to encourage customer payments and cure outstanding past-due account balances
• Detailed documentation on all account activities and information to include verifications, demographic changes, and documenting calls relating to servicing of the account
• Utilizes all available skip tracing tools to establish contact with customers in order to either secure payment and/or locate the collateral
• Review and monitor customer accounts daily to mitigate losses
• Take action on accounts needing additional attention under manager approval
• Work with customers to reinstate after repossession has occurred
• Assist other departments as needed/upon request.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and laws applicable to position are maintained.
• Other duties as required

About The Company:

We are a small sub-prime auto finance company based in Petaluma serving the the Northern California area. We are looking to add another team player to our team. The position is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. We offer seven paid holidays, PTO, 100% paid Medical/Dental, and 401K with company match once eligible.
