KERAMIDA Inc. is Hiring a Land Surveyor Near Pittsburgh, PA

KERAMIDA is looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, environmental, and civil engineering. This is a full-time position that requires at least three years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts field surveys and measurements to establish property boundaries, topography, and other relevant data.
  • Prepares and maintain accurate survey records, maps, and reports.
  • Uses surveying instruments, such as GPS, total stations, and levels, to measure and record data.
  • Analyzes survey data and prepare reports for clients and project managers.
  • Works with project managers and engineers to ensure that survey data is accurate and meets project requirements.
  • Collaborates with other professionals, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Ensures that all survey work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Trains junior surveyors and technicians as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in surveying, environmental, civil engineering or related field.
  • Professional License as a Land Surveyor in Virginia, Indiana, or Pennsylvania.
  • At least three years of experience in land surveying.
  • Proficient in the use of surveying instruments and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
