Responsibilities:

• Examine XML Logs to perform problem resolution and escalation triage.
• Manage communication to business partners for service impacting changes.
• Aid in managing API integrations with over 300 partners.
• Analyze report data to find opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate education and training initiatives with our business partners.
• Assist with the development of processes and procedures.
• Maintain Knowledge Base by adding and editing Knowledge Base articles.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
