This is a part-time flexible hours role for an RN at three CBRFs serving the mentally ill. It is roughly 4-5 hours of work per home (all homes located in the Milwaukee area), for a total of 12-15 hours a week.

Your duties will include:

• Conduct Nurse Delegation Training - Proactive in scheduling employee training for nurse delegation
• Complete Psychotropic Review Quarterly
• Complete PRN Psychotropic Review Monthly
• Provide ongoing monitoring of Resident Change of Condition through noting changes during monthly nursing assessments (if not completed by physician); puts notes in ECP regarding changes.
• Conduct TB Tests with assessment for Communicable Diseases
• Complete risk assessments as needed.
• Communicate concerns to the House Manager or Administrator immediately.
• Call 911 if resident is in distress.
• Follow emergency procedures if an emergency occurs.
• Follow all guidelines according to DHS 83 and report any compliance concerns to the house manager or administrator immediately.
• Report any team member performance concerns to the house manager or administrator immediately.
• Report caregiver misconduct concerns including abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the house manager or administrator immediately.
