The Human Resources Admin role will provide support to the Hotel Director of Human Resources. The admin will play a key role in faciliating screening, hiring and on-boarding of new associates. Additionally, they will be instrumental in planning and developing employee engagement program and events including recognition and training. The Human Resources department spear heads all community involvement opportunities for the hotel, so having an excitement for giving back would be helpful. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and exceptional organizational skills. Bi-lingual language skills would be an advantage, but not a requirement. The right person will be technically savvy, creative and enthusiastic about helping people.
As this is a part time position, the hours and days worked can be flexible. A typcially work week would be two or three days, or about 20 hours.
