Westridge Commercial, Inc is Hiring a Property Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

Westridge Commercial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team for a larger apartment building approximately 190 units located in Downtown Los Angeles.

JOB SUMMARY

The Property Manager shall be responsible:

· Rent Collections

· Making on-site deposits

· Assisting Tenants

· Review Tenant Billings

· Negotiate Leases

· Oversee clean up and unit turn over

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  • MUST KNOW Yardi
  • MS Office proficient
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong follow up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
