Bilingual Scheduling Manager

Visiting Angels El Paso, TX is hiring a Bilingual Scheduling manager to join our team. At Visiting Angels, our mission is to continuously strive to provide the absolute best care available through communication, coordination, and cooperation. As the Bilingual Scheduling Manager, a key role of the position is acting as a liaison between clients and caregivers, actively matching client visits with caregiver availabilities and suitability. This position requires heavy phone, text, and email interaction. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

Full-time position, work hours include Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p, with on-call rotation at least one week out of the month.

Scheduling Manager Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point-of-contact. Answering phone calls, handling client concerns, and transferring to respective departments.
• Coordinate schedules with clients, their families, and caregivers; communicating schedule changes via voice, text, and email.
• Actively monitoring and documenting any activity relating to client/caregiver schedules, concerns, care issues, etc. on daily basis.
• Provide support, guidance, and feedback to caregivers and clients alike.

Scheduling Manager Qualifications Required:

• Previous managerial and scheduling experience preferred in an office setting
• Experience working in senior home care or health care
• Knowledge of web-based home care scheduling and management platforms/software or EHR systems
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• Possess a strong desire to serve others
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize and change directions if needed in fast-paced environment
• Positive energy, and being able to hold accountability
• Willing to do what it takes for success
• Ability to type 45 WPM
