• Meet new business production requirements and goals?as established. Goals are combination of both number of policies?and sum of premiums..
• Develop insurance?quotes, setup appointments, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Call & communicate with prospective customers in the process of sales and goal accomplishment?
• Develops Agency relationship with new and existing clients
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Currently possess at least a Property & Casualty insurance license
• ( Prefer Health & Life licensed or soon to be)
• Have Experience worked at Insurance Agency
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services we offer including underwriting guidelines
• Ability to pursue a program for development of personal and business skills.
• Speaking 2nd language (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese or Tagalog) could be plus.
