Job Summary
Walnut Creek Senior Living is hiring now for an MDS Nurse in our nursing home environment. Prior MDS experience preferred. Must have a current RN or LPN license in Ohio. Your expertise in a long-term care facility assessing and monitoring patient health, in accordance with federal guidelines, is a requirement for this role. In addition, vast Medicare and Medicaid experience will be needed for ongoing improvement for our facility practices and our resident outcomes.
Our ideal candidate for the MDS nurse role with have at least an Associate’s degree and MDS certification.
