Summary/Objective
The Quality Team Lead is responsible for maintaining the quality systems and ensuring the processes meet all customer requirements, as well as being responsible for the quality level of parts produced at each production process and for assisting the Quality Engineer in QA/QC. The Quality Lead adheres to the standards of correct documentation and auditing all production documentation and processes.

Leading/supervising any and all associates that work under him/her according to the Quality Organizational Diagram. Monitoring, training, and disciplining will be part of his/her responsibilities. He/she will also be responsible of leading all team activities such as sorting, containment, and all other Quality related activities

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. This role operates on a shift schedule. Shifts are scheduled on three levels, 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Based on shift schedule, this position will work at least 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. As production demands it, this role will be required to work overtime hours including weekend.
Travel
Occasional local travel, inside the state of GA. Seldom domestic travel required.
