Looking for someone who loves to clean and organize. This position is in a child-care/school environment. We will be open with children enrolled during the hours of work so the individual must be respectful of adults and children alike.

Job requires a fast paced cleaner/organizer!

Daily job responsibilities include:

• emptying trash throughout building (kitchen, 6 classrooms, 4 bathrooms, break room, office) and bringing out to dumpster
• cleaning 4 bathrooms (including 5 toilets, 1 urinal; cleaning sinks; sweeping & mopping floors)
• sweeping & mopping throughout building
• vacuuming area rugs in classrooms & one staircase
• cleaning sinks/counters in 6 classrooms
• kitchen (counters/sink, sme light dishes/school materials to wash by hand, emptying trash, bringing recycling out)

Also may involve other tasks or projects as needed including but not limited to;

• organization of toys, materials & supplies throughout building
• cleaning sinks in classrooms
• dusting
• cleaning windows/mirrors throughout building

Requirements:

• able to take direction from Director/Assistant Director and ability to work with other members of our team on some projects
• physically able to lift 50 pounds
• a Massachusetts background check including fingerprinting is required prior to beginning employment, as well as medical clearance from a physician
