Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beertender to join our team. As a Beertender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for craft beer, excellent hospitality skills, and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you. Just a reminder to be completely transparent we operate out of a gas station and are paid by H & S Oil so you will be required to help on that side as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations on beer selections based on customer preferences
- Pour and serve beers with precision and attention to detail
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Engage with customers to create a positive and memorable experience
- Promote sales by upselling beer flights, merchandise, and special promotions
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or working in the food service industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of craft beer styles, flavors, and brewing processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years old
