The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Guilderland is currently seeking a maintenance technician for our day shift. Candidate should be able to work with Electrical and Plumbing. Shifts are Monday-Friday 7a-3p with at least one weekend per month.

.Duties Include:

• Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance.
• Painting Resident rooms and other parts of the Facility.
• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Moving materials from room to room etc.

Requirements Include:

• Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
• Willing to respond to emergency calls
