• Must be able to operate a forklift/skid steer in safe manner
• Perform daily maintenance procedures and log documentation
• Must be able to properly maintain the equipment and appropriate records
• Load and unload trucks
• Manage the inflow and outflow of materials in such a manner that it is accurately received and stored properly in order to provide efficient loading
• Must observe all safety precautions when operating when pedestrians are present
• Must fully understand the maximum speed limit is 5 miles an hour and seat belt must be worn at all times while in operation
• Properly organize materials
• Excellent people manager, open to direction with a positive and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
• Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
• Effective time manager.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Must be computer literate and basic knowledge of Excel.
• Able to work Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
