Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commissioned Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of personnel and property.

Responsibilities:
- Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Conduct surveillance and monitor CCTV systems
- Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary
- Handle conflict resolution and de-escalate tense situations
- Enforce loss prevention measures to minimize theft
- Utilize militarized training techniques when required
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Skills:
- Possession of relevant certificates in security or law enforcement. - LEVEL 3 licensing is required.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems for surveillance purposes
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
- Experience in implementing loss prevention strategies
- Ability to militarize tactics for security purposes
- Strong conflict management skills
- Background in law enforcement practices
