Job Summary This position at Tipsy Putt primarily greets guests, checks for valid identification, and ensures the safety of our team and guests.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome and ID checks of our guests
  • Provide a brief overview of our customer experience from games to food and drinks
  • Ensuring responsible serving practices, preventing guests from over intoxication
  • Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment for guests by bussing tables, chairs, and glassware, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning throughout the shift when needed.
  • Knowledge of current and future promotions within the pub
  • Event promotion during big events near the pub
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Toast POS system
  • Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner
  • Active Guard Card preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • 100% walk and stand
  • Communicate with guests and team members in person and on radio comms
  • Operate POS system / Toast
  • Ability to use IPAD and various applications
  • Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 50 pounds.
