The Players Club and Spa is Hiring a Server Near Naples, FL
Private resort style country club located in Lely Resort is hiring full time and part time servers. Must have fine dining experience, be reliable and have a positive and energetic personality. Must be able to work nights and weekends as well as flexible shifts. Great benefits package and 401k.
The following positions are available:
Server and Pool Server (over 18)
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders
- Give customers a great experience
- Make recommendations on what a customer should order
- Deliver the food and drinks to a customer
- Have a great attitude with customers
- Deal with any customer complaints
- Take into account any customer allergies
- Accept customer payment
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- A great attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Amazing interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve customer complaints
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
