Shop Coordinator

This position is responsible for overseeing the repairs to Olsta tank trailers as they are being prepared for Lease customers, working with third party shops to complete those repairs.

Duties to be performed:

• Request estimates of Olsta tank trailers from assigned repairs shops
• Analyze repair estimates to determine customers responsibility
• Be on site of the assigned repair shops 2-3 times per week
• Complete inventory yard checks
• Photo/interchange trailers as necessary
• Confirm that appropriate progress and accuracy of the repairs is taking place
• Coordinate with tire installers and tank washes as necessary to complete trailer readiness
• Complete trailer repair data sheets as trailers return off rent

Requirements for consideration:

• College Degree preferred
• Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail
• Prioritization of multiple tasks & good time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal team and vendors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
