ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
FULL-TIME; MARLBOROUGH, MA
As an Engineering Technician at Square Robot, Inc. you will be part of a small and talented team working on autonomous mobile robotic solutions for industrial infrastructure inspections. In this role, you will be responsible for executing production builds of Square Robot assemblies, supporting the designs and builds throughout their life cycles, and modeling quality standards and processes for the manufacturing department. This role will directly support and collaborate with a diverse team in designing, integrating, and testing our robotic inspection solutions. The ideal candidate for this position is capable of executing self-directed robot production, utilizing a hands-on skill set as well as a detail-oriented and methodical mindset. Location
This position is available for full-time work at Square Robot’s office based in Marlborough MA. Travel outside of the office is expected to be not more than 12 weeks annually for test events, field support, supplier meetings, team meetings, or technical conferences.
You will play a critical support role for manufacturing and operations, supporting efforts to maintain, repair, test, or operate Square Robot systems. This may include travel to Square Robot’s facility in Houston, TX, and to job sites.
Language Skills
The candidate should be able to read, analyze, and write documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Fluency in English is required.
