The Property Manager Assistant is a energetic and passionate professional. The Property Manager Assistant will inform all challenges affecting the operations of the property to the Community Manager accurately and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should be dependable and able to conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures, HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulatory agency compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Affordable Housing-Section 8 Experience required.
- CPO preferred
- FHC preferred
- Real Page-One Site Experience a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
