Essential Duties and Responsibilities
DAILY
Buildings T1, T2:
Restrooms
Mop restroom floors every day.
Clean toilet bowls and pedestals with disinfectant.
Keep all fluid dispensers filled at all times.
Keep toilet paper dispenser filled at all times.
Keep hand towel dispenser filled at all times.
Empty all trash receptacles every day.
Offices, Common Areas, and Hallways
Vacuum and/or sweep all offices, common areas, and hallways every day.
Empty all trash receptacles every day including dumpsters.
Lunch Rooms
Mop floors every day.
Sweep floors every day.
Empty all trash receptacles every day.
Other
Cut and/or break down cardboard for recycling or refuse.
Empty outdoor trash receptacles.
Light equipment maintenance
Outdoor maintenance – landscape/snow removal
