Snarfburger is hiring a manager for Boulder, CO! This Manager position will first train in all aspects of burger making, prep, and register.

You will then work with the training Manager on Snarfburger's standards and operations. Come see why we are a local burger favorite since 2014 and an even better place to work!

Required work experience, skills, and education:

• Proven ability to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant by:
  • Recruiting and developing restaurant staff to achieve company performance standards
  • Generating sales growth by consistently delivering a positive guest experience
  • Achieving restaurant profitability by managing controllable costs
  • Holding team accountable to company guidelines and safety standards
  • Managing conflict in a professional, appropriate, and timely manner
  • Performing all other necessary duties as required
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Willingness to work in multiple locations
• Willing to lead on-boarding and training of new employees
• Must have reliable transportation
• Expected to work at least 45 hours per week/5 days per week
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pass harassment training certification

• Attend and participate in regular Managers meetings
• High school diploma or college degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail restaurant environment in a manager or lead role preferred
• Food safety knowledge (Pass Serve Safe training provided by Snarf’s)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google docs. Prior experience with Brink POS, Paycom, and R365 preferred

Salary: $55,000 - $59,000.00 per year depending on experience
