Position Title: Director of Nursing

Schedule: Full Time Days

Salary: $105,000-$115,000 plus bonus

The The Village at White River Junction is recruiting for an experienced Director of Nursing for our Health Center. This role functions as the Director of all nursing functions within the community and is responsible for planning, organizing and developing all nursing service operations with the goal of delivering the highest degree of quality care for the community’s residents.

Who you are:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Registered nurse with a current license in the State of Vermont
• Two years’ experience in geriatric nursing and/or B.S. Degree in nursing.
• Participation in professional organizations, dealing primarily in geriatrics preferred.
• Minimum of two years nursing administration experience, preferably in a long term care setting.
• A passion for seniors.

General Summary:

The Director of Nursing is responsible responsible for the development, organization and operation of nursing services and supportive services for the Health Center.
