Sgt. Clean Car Wash is seeking an individual who is energetic, positive, and self-disciplined to join our team as a – Site Manager – Operations Manager.
No previous car wash experience is necessary. You bring the enthusiasm—we’ll teach you the rest– Site Manager – Operations Manager:

· Loves “putting out fires” and managing shifting priorities and deadlines while under pressure
· Is passionate about managing, leading and directing a team, developing all into “A-Players”

Site Manager – Operations Manager Requirements:
· Experience in a customer-service-oriented environment
· Strong desire to spend most of their time working with customers and developing their team
· Experience assisting in the recruiting and hiring process
