Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide professional in home nursing care to clients/patients
• Assess and evaluate client's status by reviewing and implementing the plan of care and regularly re-evaluating the client's needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Observe client for changes in condition and discuss changes with the client, caregiver, and attending physician

Nurse Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Nursing students attending an accredited school (you may qualify for Suburban scholarships)
• Registered Nurses (RN) currently licensed in the state of Massachusetts
• For positions that require driving to a patient's home, clinicians must be licensed drivers with access to a vehicle that is insured in accordance with Massachusetts' requirements nor have access to other means of reliable transportation
• Home care experience desired (not required)
• Ability to successfully complete the background check process
• Must be available at least 2 days per week
