Our construction firm is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Supervisor to help lead our team of construction professionals. The right candidate will oversee engineering contractors, workers and shop personnel to ensure projects meet specifications and schedules. The successful applicant will be able to communicate with all company personnel on-site to resolve issues, ensure quality and keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise workers at construction sites.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Estimate costs and time-frame of construction projects.
• Manage site maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the work of project managers.
• Supervise workers during construction project.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
