Entry level maintenance position that will assist with day-to-day interior/exterior cleaning and light maintenance of our commercial buildings. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Grounds clean-up including trash removal, leaf blowing, curb sweeping
• Building exterior cleaning including power washing of sidewalks, window washing and more
• Water landscaping
• Snow removal
• Replace batteries in sensors, thermostats and more
• Interior, exterior light bulb replacement
• Assist with construction work and clean-up

Previous maintenance, construction experience a plus.

• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record
• Good communication skills
