Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent time management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and techniques. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore or similar tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Familiarity with building contracts and legal requirements
- Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: $54,582.16 - $75,534.00 per year
