Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and smooth operation of our pool area. Your main responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff and kitchen staff in providing excellent customer service by clearing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will also be responsible for picking up trash in the common areas and around the pool.

Duties:

- Clearing tables promptly and efficiently to prepare for new guests

- Refilling water glasses and other beverages as needed

- Assisting waitstaff with delivering food to tables

- Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables

- Cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests

- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors

- Assisting kitchen staff with food preparation and plating when necessary

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food handling procedures

- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with both customers and team members

- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors

Experience in the food industry or catering is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
