Senior Territory Manager - ES ServicesVeolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS)- Engineered Systems is seeking a key member of our Field Service Management team in the Southeast region leading a team of four to six experienced professional field leaders, and supervising our region's most complex projects. Working in collaboration with other senior leaders, you'll provide strategic leadership on our commercial strategy and overall customer service for the territory while working with the commercial leadership, engineering and sales teams to grow our projects portfolio.Our Southeast territory is growing quickly and this dynamic role involves overseeing complex cross-functional projects and operations & maintenance contracts. You'll leverage your business acumen, project management know-how and industrial water experience to profitably run industrial sites and complex projects that address hard-to-treat water challenges.If you like the idea of doing meaningful work with a company that's doing big things to address complex water scarcity challenges, here's more!What you will be responsible for:Lead fulfillment of the Veolia Water Field Service activities for all customers within the assignedgeographic region/customer baseResponsible for all FieldService operational metrics within geography, including Environmental, Health and Safety, quality of service, utilization, and cost to serveOwn operation ofcontracts, and management of customer relations in assigned geography.Responsible forlifecycle management of all assets within the geography, ensuring the team hasnecessary tools, and skills to prevent failures and deterioration of equipmentCo-own revenue andcost numbers with commercial leadersCo-responsible for contracts renewal and growth opportunities within the assigned geographyHelp identify anddrive productivity projects in the regionResponsible for buildinga passionate team and holding them responsible for day-to-day fulfillmentWork closely with the Commercial team to develop servicedemand forecasts to ensure adequate resource supplyPartner with humanresources and training team, direct staffing activities in the geography,including recruitment, selection and training of staffResponsible for developingField Managers and Field Service Representatives with necessary skills to successfully meet fulfillment obligationsOwn development ofstrong succession plans for the regionReview Voice ofCustomer survey results and own closure of identified deficienciesDrive timely closureof customer issues or audit findings in regionCommunicate withleadership and supporting functions, and request necessary resources when something is off targetFoster a culture of service excellence, anddrive continuous improvement within the geography.Other duties as assignedWhat will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience):RequiredBS degree in a technical field - for example Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.Minimum seven years' experience in industrial water and wastewater (food & beverage or micro-electronics water treatment solutions)7 years leadership experienceAbility and willingness to travel within assigned geography, with an estimated travel of 40 to 60�siredAbility andwillingness to work in and lead cross-functional teamsDemonstrated Program /Project management skillsComputer proficientwith ability to learn other software applicationsStrong service-relatedbackgroundExperience managing adispersed workforce and strong leadership skillsPurpose driven/passionate in making a difference for our planetGrowth mindset and strong commercial skillsTalent for developing peopleWhat will you enjoy from working with us?-Opportunity for new challenges!
