Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Bar Specialist. This position will primarily focus on operating an independent bar within our kitchen, crafting and serving curated drink flights, while also ensuring the bar station remains stocked and clean. The Service Bar Specialist will collaborate closely with our Executive Chef on day-to-day operations to maintain the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the service bar, preparing and serving drink flights according to established recipes and standards.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to coordinate beverage offerings with food menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station, including regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment and surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions about drink selections and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Collect tips from the tip pool generated from front of house sales.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including compliance with health and liquor regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bartending or mixology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, and craft beers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with other members of the kitchen and front of house staff.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold any required certifications for serving alcohol in your location.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $8.40/hr
• Tips collected from the tip pool generated from front of house sales.
