We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Wedding and Special Events Manager to join our team. As the Wedding and Special Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing dreams to life, ensuring that every detail of our guests' special occasions is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of weddings and special events, from initial inquiry to event execution
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
Conduct site visits and provide guidance on event setup, decor, and design
Create detailed event timelines and manage event budgets
Coordinate with various departments (catering, banquet, audiovisual, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events
Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, decor, and audiovisual requirements
Supervise event staff and external vendors to ensure exceptional service and adherence to event timelines
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on the event day

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
Proven experience in wedding and special events planning and execution
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
