Sierra Community Management LLC is Hiring a Portfolio Community Association Manager Near Las Vegas, NV
We are looking to add a Portfolio Community Association Manager to our team. The ideal candidate will be professional in appearance and attitude and have previous management experience.
The CAM is responsible for the administration, operation & maintenance of their assigned communities, enforcing the governing documents, inspections, conducting board meetings & budgeting.
A current Nevada Community Association Manager license or Provisional license is required.
Experience with VMS software & HOA Tool kit is a plus!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
