POSITION SUMMARY

Maintains supply inventory of materials and tools in the Maintenance Department to minimize loss. Keep track of inventory leaving the department, and use of it on maintenance requests. Responsible for creating reports, and updating the Resort operations management system

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Creates tool and material Requisitions for the department in the accounting system
  • Receive and maintain supply inventory of all items in the Engineering Department
  • Enter data and maintain inventory logs
  • Maintains filing system of packing slips and other paperwork as required
  • Update Nuvola call tickets with appropriate information in timely manner
  • Prepares data reports from Nuvola on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for Asset management in Nuvola
  • Maintains updated OOS room list and communicates to relevant departments
  • Coordinates Preventative Maintenance Schedule in Nuvola
  • Interacts with purchasing team, vendors and warehouse as required
  • Follows security protocols to ensure safeguarding of inventory items
  • Receives merchandise from truck and compare against packing list
  • Updates asset management in Nuvola as needed
  • Prepares merchandise daily based on maintenance request for the team
  • Stocks and organizes merchandise of the maintenance storage areas
  • Assists in the receiving of drop shipments
  • Accurately documents movement of merchandise
  • Operates equipment according to company safety standards to assist in moving merchandise
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department
  • Prepare and maintain room inventory reporting pertaining to engineering projects and tasks
  • Assist in compliance of department with company policies, procedures and core values

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Experience: 2 years in Inventory and receiving position or similar position in hospitality strongly preferred.

Computer Skills: Must have knowledge in all Microsoft programs and Outlook.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Accountable for reasonable decision-making and resolution of critical situations involving unforeseen shortages of products at resorts.
