Job Requirements Include:
At least 18 years of age
Able to work weekends
Available to work past 11:30PM on weekdays and 12:30AM on weekends
Ability to work opening or closing shifts
Tactfully communicate with supervisors, teammates, and guests, both verbally and in writing
Accurately and efficiently count money
Reliable transportation to perform bank runs
Able to stand for long periods of time on any given day
Reliable, prompt, and punctual
Serve Safe Certification or willing to get Serve Safe certified
Restaurant experience preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Primary responsibilities of the Shift Manager position include:
Supervise store crew and all workstations in day-to-day operations.
Excel in preforming all crew member tasks including: makeline, cut table, monitoring the ovens, packaging of products, quality check and order accuracy, and guest relations.
Manage guest experience to meet Five-Star gold expectations.
Maintain cleanliness of the store and ensures food safety.
Count inventory daily.
Complete all opening and/or closing duties per shift.
Recognize problems and works promptly to resolve.
Work with Drivers and Manager to ensure efficient routing of deliveries.
