Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide quality end-of-life care to patients in need, ensuring comfort and dignity during their final stages. The RN will work 2 to 3 weekends a month.

The RN would have the phones during the weekend. The RN will answer any calls that come in and make emergency visits as needed. The pay will be $4 hour even if there are no calls. If there is an emergency visit required, the RN will be paid $40hr during that visit.

You do not need to have Hospice Experience, we will train.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in hospice settings, including homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Assist with pain management and symptom control to ensure patient comfort.
- Educate patients and families on end-of-life care and support them emotionally.
