Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic And Pet... is Hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician Near Roseville, CA
Join our Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic & Pet Rehabilitation Team! We are a two doctor practice, fast pace, and growing quickly! We are seeking a full time RVT who can work every other Saturday. We are looking for applicants willing to work in a team setting with a positive attitude. A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must. You must have previous experience working in the veterinary field. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- *Assistant doctors with appointments *Assisting Technician appointments *Some receptionist duties *TPR, understands signalments. *Basic Veterinary Assistant Skills: including restraint, SQ, IM, IV injections. *Medical terminology *Blood draws, IV Cath placement *Basic diagnostics, which includes radiographs and in-house lab's. *Dentistry: including digital dental radiographs, oral exams and anatomy, extractions- simple and complicated experience is a plus. Willing to train someone with interest. *Drug Calculations *Ultrasound *Basic diagnostics, which includes radiographs and in-house lab's. *Laser Therapy experience is a plus
Qualifications
- *Must have a current license as a registered veterinary technician obtained from an accredited program *Must be self-motivated, have great customer service skill sand have the ability to understand time management to be able to prioritize effectively

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $21.00 - $24.00/hour.
