Road Safety Services Inc. is Hiring a Technical Systems Analyst Near Omaha, NE
Road Safety Services is looking for a Technical Systems Analyst to join our team! This individual will be responsible for software management, analysis, troubleshooting, and assisting in the development of solutions that support overall business strategies. Document system workflows, configure and evaluate test system modifications that drive system development, implementation, and integration with other systems. Incumbent functions as a technical resource and must have the ability to translate business goals and objectives into actionable solutions. This role may include up to 20% travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Coins system customization, configuration and management
- Manage data integration into Coins system from disparate sources
- Assist with Coins software release testing and customization
- Create test workflows, automated testing experience desired
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide detailed software bug documentation
- Knowledge of basic business financial structures
- Role and function-based user security concepts
- SQL Query Experience
- Progress 4GL query language and Record Service Procedures desired
- Microsoft Power Bi with connected data source experience desired
- Knowledge of basic Project Management concepts and workflow
- Agile Development methodology concepts
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of Construction (Coins/Vista/Foundations) ERP software Experience
- Coins Experience
- Integration automation (tools such as Workato, Boomi)
- REST API/JSON Tools and Software Integration
- Trouble/Development Ticketing Systems
- Knowledge Management Systems
- Office365 Collaborative Tools (SharePoint/Teams/Projects)
- Software testing and change management
- PowerBI/SQL Reporting Services/connected source development
- Data extraction/report definitions
- REST API/JSON Tools and Software Integration
