Rally's | Four Star Foods, Inc. is Hiring an Area Manager Near Campbellsville, KY
The purpose of this position is to lead the Restaurant Managers in five QSR locations toward the attainment of agreed upon goals and profits. We do this by working lunch and dinner a 10-8pm schedule typically. Making daily business review calls to discuss prior day results and set goals for today. You will be responsible for recruiting and staffing the stores at a reasonable wage. Perform an Evaluation once every four weeks. Engender excitement and enthusiasm and a positive metal attitude in the stores. We offer mileage, an every 4 week period bonus, health/dental/vision, vacation, free meals. Paid holiday for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of QSR General Management experience. Able to work anytime and any day for the needs of the business. This is a minimum 50 hour work week and the busiest days are Friday and Saturday. Must be able to perform all the duties needed and be able to lift 40 lbs and climb ladders.
We are a four store Rally's franchise with locations in Glasgow, Campbellsville, Leitchfield and Murray, KY. We also own one Little Caesars in Leitchfield KY too.
